Advanced Strategic Management - 2nd Trimester 2020/21

This is a course that extends the fundamentals of business strategy by deepening students’ knowledge of advanced frameworks and concepts of corporate strategy. Specifically, the purpose of this course is to strengthen students’ ability to make strategic decisions, and to provide students with the advanced tools and superior knowledge needed to understand: i) how to implement strategies that allow corporations to create a sustainable corporate advantage, and ii) how corporations can achieve superior sustainable performance.
