In the leadership of companies, it is therefore important to know in depth the modern developments of Corporate Governance and its relationship with ESG. Corporate governance functions not only as an external investment criterion and an internal system of efficiency and control (under the pilar “G”), but also as an enabling system for decisions related to sustainability and environmental and social responsibilities (the pillars “E” and “S”).
Both at the level of investors and companies, as well as the financial system in general, Corporate Governance serves to prepare, execute, monitor, and review decisions taken at the highest level of organizations, namely in matters related to ESG. This Program aims to prepare business leaders for this integrated vision of governance imposed by the new challenges posed to members of Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards.
