Purpose-Driven Governance: Decisions That Shape the Future

In corporate leadership, it is essential to have a deep understanding of modern developments in Corporate Governance and its connection to ESG. Governance functions not only as an external investment criterion and an internal system of efficiency and control (under the "G" pillar), but also as an enabler of decisions related to sustainability and environmental and social responsibilities (the "E" and "S" pillars).

At the level of investors, companies, and the financial system as a whole, Corporate Governance plays a key role in preparing, executing, monitoring, and reviewing decisions taken at the highest levels of organizations, particularly in matters related to ESG. This program aims to prepare business leaders for this integrated vision of governance, shaped by the new challenges facing board members and supervisory bodies.

Participants who complete this program will be granted membership in UCP’s new initiative, the "Católica GOVERNANCE|ESG Circle."
