UNDERSTAND THE WORLD OF FINANCE, STRENGTHEN YOUR SKILLS AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF YOUR DECISIONS

This program is designed for executives who make decisions with financial impact and for managers responsible for creating value in non-financial areas such as Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Production, and others.

The goal is not only to develop financial knowledge but also to enhance your ability to "speak numbers with confidence", communicate effectively with accounting and finance experts, and participate comfortably in cross-functional teams.

The focus is placed not so much on financial concepts themselves, but on how to apply them to select the alternative that adds the most value to the organization. The program is highly interactive, combining lectures, real-life case studies, hands-on exercises, spreadsheet modeling, business valuation simulations, and in-class discussions.

Throughout the course, significant collaboration and knowledge-sharing occurs among participants. The diverse backgrounds (academic and professional) of the group foster rich and engaging discussions through multiple perspectives on the topics and case studies.

Who is it aimed for?

This program is intended for participants who do not have a financial background but need to understand and use financial and accounting concepts and language. Specifically:

  • Engineers who are taking on management responsibilities
  • Lawyers who must grasp the economic, financial, and tax dimensions of their clients’ issues to better advise them
  • Board members and executives, for whom understanding the accounts they sign and the legal responsibilities involved is critical
  • Business unit managers who need to track economic information, cost allocation, key performance indicators (KPIs), and make more accurate decisions
  • Entrepreneurs, who must assess the feasibility of projects using the rigor of financial evaluation, taking into account risk and alternative scenarios
  • Shareholders and partners, for whom it is essential to analyze the performance and outlook of the company they have invested in

No prior financial knowledge is required.
