Graduated in Design Thinking from the Darden School of Business, executive training from Columbia University and The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a degree in Organization and Business Management from ISCTE. He developed his career in Food Retail, FMCG and Telecommunications companies. Managing partner of Oom! Strategy & Customer Centricity, collaborate with large companies on Strategy, Customer Experience, Innovation and internal Transformation projects, supported by Design Thinking.

At Católica-Lisbon, he teaches in several programs aimed at executives and is director of the Customer Experience in Action and Design Thinking for Business Innovation programs.
