Panagiotis Couzoff holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from the Lancaster University Management School (UK). Prior to joining the Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2018, he was the Appleby Lecturer in Finance at the University of Exeter Business School (UK) and a Fellow in Finance at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research interests lie primarily in the field of dynamic corporate finance and in particular in the intersection of liquidity management theory, agency problems, and real options. He also conducts research on asset pricing implications of real options, with a special interest in weak-form efficient market anomalies.
