Liz began her career as a Registered Nurse in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and an MBA. She has worked as an Operation Director for a large integrated delivery system in Massachusetts; through this role Liz developed expertise in facility design, efficiency and patient-centered care. She has held several senior posts in the National Health Service in the UK leading, designing and operationalizing new buildings and ways of working. For the past 4 years as the CEO of a 500 bed hospital in Qatar which is transitioning into new buildings as the health system is developing. Her international work experience includes the USA, UK, Libya and Qatar.
