José Corrêa Guedes, Full Professor, holds a Ph.D. in Finance, Ohio State University, USA and a degree in Economics from CATÓLICA-LISBON. Prof. Guedes teaches Corporate Finance and Derivative Securities in the Undergraduate Program in Business, the MBA program and Executive Education Programs. He has previously taught at the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas and at the Kenan-Flagler School of Business, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. His research has been published in the Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Banking and Finance and the European Journal of Finance. Professor Corrêa Guedes teaches the course "Artificial Intelligence and Reinforcement Learning" in the Undergraduate Programs in Business and in Economics.
