CONDITIONS OF CONFIDENTIALITY REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA - DEGREE PROGRAMMES OF THE CATÓLICA-LISBON SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS

The data collected on this form will be handled and stored digitally. The transfer and handling of information is done confidentially and is for the exclusive purpose of promoting the Degree Programs of the Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics, as well as other purposes indicated in no. 3 of these conditions.

3. Purposes and justifications for data handling and data retention periods

UCP handles your personal data for promotion purposes, in particular, for the purposes and reasons stated below:

4. Data retention periods 

The period during which personal data is retained and stored by UCP varies according to the purpose for which the information is used. Data will be kept for the period necessary to satisfy each one of these uses and in accordance with legal requirements, namely deadlines for archive retention or others which, at any time, are applicable. Data retention periods are according to the following criteria:

5. Recipient entities of personal data

The personal data is non-transferable. Data handling is exclusively for the purposes indicated above and to monitor consent. Data cannot be used for any own or other purposes. Personal data may be transferred to administrative or regulatory authorities for compliance with legal registration, communication and/or reporting obligations.

 

6. Rights of the personal data holder

As the holder of personal data, the following rights may be exercised at any time, which in each case are the legal conditions governing this handling of personal data. These include: the right to access, the right to rectify data, the right to erase data, the right to limit handling of data, the right to the portability of data, and the right to oppose handling of personal data. 7. Lodging of a complaint with the supervisory authority

If necessary, a complaint may be filed with the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
