PhD in Management, specialization in Marketing from ISCTE, Postgraduate in Management from UNL, graduated in Applied Chemistry from FCT-UNL and certified by Wharton School U.Pennsylvania in 'Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption'.
With more than 20 years as Marketing, Customer Marketing and Sales Director, in large multinational and international FMCG companies (P&G, Nutrinveste Group, Nutricafés, Superbock Group), was responsible for the management of well-known and reputed Brands such as Super Bock, Carlsberg, Pedras, Somersby, Vitalis, Nicola, Fairy, Neoblanc, Ariel, Tide, among many others, with a responsibility at 360º. She was Director of Specialized Retail (Nicola stores), Board Member of NewCoffee and Vice-President and Member of the Board of Directors of several Associations (Beer, Coffee, Water and Soft Drinks).
She is currently Managing Director of VICIT Consulting, Executive Director of CORE - Consumer Well-being & Retail Innovation at CATÓLICA-LISBON, as well as Guest Professor in the Master's Programs of Marketing and Strategy and in several Programs of the Formation of Executive Executives, accumulating the responsibility of Academic Director in some of them.
