Lucy Gilson

Full Professor (Visiting)
Department Head and Full Professor at the University of Connecticut and Visiting Professor at CATÓLICA-LISBON. She holds an MBA and PhD in Organizational Behavior (Georgia Institute of Technology, USA) and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University (School of Foreign Service). Currently she is the Academic Director of Geno Auriemma UConn Leadership Conference and she was previously an Advanced Institute of Management (AIM - UK) Visiting International Research Fellow (2008-2010). Most of his research focuses on teams, team effectiveness, and creativity.
