“Leading in a fast-changing environment” is the program developed by CATÓLICA-LISBON to respond to the needs pointed out by the Web Summit administration. Thus, 25 top executives receive a 3-day intensive training in areas such as: Communication, Performance and People Management, Team Development and Coaching Skills, Leadership and Motivating.
