Leadership and Career Development for Women in Business

To participate in this formative program is to have the humility to assume that the fault is not only of the management, nor of society or culture, but also the way we position ourselves to meet the challenges that are posed to women in business. It is in this way that the course is shaped - we will realize what we can do (and it is within our reach) differently to change the status quo.

Leadership and Career Development for Women in Business

At the Leadership and Career Development for Women in Business program of CATÓLICA-LISBON , the student is asked to identify and chart the course you want to print in your career. It's initially held an analysis of the professional status and are established targets that are measured individually with each student at the end of the program, which requires a commitment and enhances the results.

Fundamental notions are acquired for the exercise of power in organizations, such as the development of a network of contacts and the establishment of clear and resilient professional goals, so I highly recommend this program.

Leadership and Career Development for Women in Business

Attending the Leadership and Career Development for Women in Business was above all an experience of sharing and networking, which allowed me to discover skills and acquire a set of essential tools to my professional career. The process of choosing the program was time consuming and thoughtful; I feared it would be overly women-oriented. The work sessions showed otherwise and the result far exceeded my expectations. As an extra bonus, I added to the curriculum a group of exceptional people who came to enrich my relational circle.
