Program Description

The internationalization of a company allows the geographical extension and diversification of the business, but compels the company to develop and effectively improve the necessary skills to win in challenging and competitive markets.

This need for development is verified at all levels on the company structure, from the offer design to its disclosure and commercialization, from the risk assessment to the definition of control mechanisms, from the search of partners to the management of the relationship, from expansion to planning and control of the operation, not forgetting the recruitment and management of human resources that a supranational activity requires.

The program aims to provide participants all the necessary competences so that they can successfully lead the internationalization processes, using theoretical teachings, international practices and case studies of portuguese companies, in a strategic and functional perspective.

Main Benefits
