Program Description

Various studies have revealed that companies that ensure they have a better gender balance in their management teams obtain better results in business and higher increases in the value of their shares.

The program aims to be a driver in the direct development of women with talent, thereby contributing to the business of our companies. It has been designed to allow for experience-based learning, so that participants will be able to easily and simply transfer what they learn to their own working environment.

Before the program begins, an Assessment of Potential will be conducted in order to ensure fine-tuning throughout the program. This assessment will enable participants to identify their strongpoints and thus take greater advantage of the program.

Isabel Viegas, coordinator of the Leadership and Career Development for Women in Business, highlights the main features of the program.

Main Benefits

  • Maximizing the participant's performance as a leader;
  • Gaining confidence in her development, providing her with greater capacity to lead teams or processes of change;
  • Building a network of professional relationships;
  • Preparing for the next level of leadership in companies;
  • Gaining experience in transformational training.
