This course is about mergers & acquisitions, the reasons for M&A transactions, the different strategies for acquirers, acquisition targets and the difference negotiations approaches that should be considered in an M&A transaction.

The course is based on cases to be solved by the students and to be discussed during the classes.

Presentations from key people involved in real cases will be made as a way to compare materials lecture with real life situations.

The course will require significant preparation before and after each lesson to that the students can maximize and test the materials lectured.
